Privacy policy
Discretion is at the heart of how we work. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

What we collect
When you book a consultation, request a call back, sign up for the free relationship profile, call, text or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, how you found us and information about your relationship and coaching goals. If you become a client, we keep session notes and records of your coaching.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide and administer coaching, and communicate with you. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Confidentiality between partners
What you share in an individual session is treated with care. Marc does not keep secrets that undermine the coaching (for example ongoing contact with an affair partner), and he will discuss with you how anything relevant is brought into the open.
Website forms
The call-back and free relationship profile forms on this website are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers what you submit to Marc by email. We only use these details to reply to you and, where you ask for it, to send you the profile and related information.
Emails we send
If you sign up for the free relationship profile, we use MailerLite to send you the welcome email and a small number of follow-up emails about it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
AI tools that help with notes and admin
With your consent, sessions may be recorded and transcribed by a meeting transcription tool (such as Otter.ai). Marc also uses an AI assistant to help prepare session notes, summaries, scheduling and other administration. These tools support Marc's work; they do not coach you or make decisions about you, and Marc reviews everything before it reaches you. Access is limited to what is needed for your coaching. You can ask for sessions not to be recorded at any time.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are visited and which enquiries come from search. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Third-party services
We use trusted services to run the business, including Calendly (bookings), Google Workspace (email and documents), Web3Forms (website forms), MailerLite (emails), video-conferencing platforms, meeting transcription and AI assistant tools, and Google Analytics. These providers may store data outside Australia, and we choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect it.
When we may disclose information
We will only disclose your information with your consent, or where required by law or where there is a serious risk to someone's life, health or safety.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for coaching, legal and business purposes.
Access and questions
You can ask to access or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing marcwiesner@couplesmastercoaching.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
